Signal Flags - Signal flags have been the naval language of choice for centuries. Even today a harbor master will scan the flag arrangement of an incoming vessel to determine country of origin, special needs and circumstances. With our little flag kit its fun to put together names and messages combine it with decorating a room, mark a door, a hall way, turn flags into a personal message.
